About the glass
|
The glass I work with is Borosilicate, so called ‘hot’ glass. This means that the
temperature you work is lies much higher than ‘normal’ glass that is used for
window’s or drinking glasses. You can use Borosilicate glass for cooking and baking. Borosilicate glass has a coe of 3.3. This
means that the expansion by heating and cooling is low. Glass is not
compatible with other types of glass with a different coe. For the complete story about compatibility click here |
